The necklace itself is quite beautiful and the material used is quite strong, aka it does not feel cheap! It is a beautiful gift and would highly recommend folks purchase it for their partners. The customer service was great, as I had a last-minute address change and they were able to make sure the gift was sent...as a gift (with no receipt, etc.). Would highly recommend if you are looking to gift something of value to a loved one.

When I purchased the product I did not get an order number or any instructions on what was next. It was only a few days before it arrived that I received any of these automated emails that provided the tracking number.

As for me, the buyer…not a fan of the real late delivery. Ordered mine Jan 4 and received it the very beginning of March. The birthday was Jan 24th…I was embarrassed to have nothing but a photo of it for her day.
I did write the company three times and they responded— reason was some supply issues causing a closedown in February . It turned out alright in the end thank goodness!!!
