Cute bracelet! The only thing is , it seems like the L and the stone are connected backwards if that makes sense? Like the L and the stone are never facing forward at the same time so it was put together that way. I have to physically turn them around. Other than that it’s nice, haven’t worn it in the shower I’m scared it may tarnish

I chose to create a bracelet for my sister because she is a new mother and it was a gift for Mothers Day, so I purchased it for her. The bracelet was perfect and she loves it. I was not so happy with the duration of the shipment. I understand I purchased it about a week and a half before Mothers Day, however, I was not made aware it would take longer than what their website posted for shipping policies. I contacted customer service about 2.5 weeks after purchasing and they informed it would be shipped out in a few days. I received a tracking number and was tracking it daily. The shipment did not move for an entire week. I contacted customer service again about my order and they apologized and stated that they would get with logistics and get back to me. I ended up receiving the product days later but I was just not satisfied with the whole process of it all. Product is great, but I am hesitant to purchase again due to the experience.
